I guess you missed the part at the Convention where he didn’t bother endorsing Trump.
The message to conservatives was LOUD AND CLEAR regarding Trump and nearly cost Trump Texas by the way (Trump won Texas by 8 points, when 2 years earlier EVERY statewide Republican won by 20 points ) - and forced Trump to spend money here.
You implied Cruz endorsed Hillary, and that is a falsehood. If he did so, he’d have been the top target for Trump and Bannon to remove. He’s not.
