Is there any random body of strangers in an audience—even in Hollywood—that would think to stand for an ovation for Hillary? She couldn’t fill half a gymnasium at the height of her campaign and her book tour shoves her into Costco milk aisles. How do you think she got an entire audience to stand and clap for her?
