They are all Alinsky acolytes, and are less interested in solving a problem within a framework that is not theirs, but destroying the framework they disagree with by exacerbating, magnifying, and ripping off the scabs on existing or healing issues to turn up the heat in order to destroy the framework they disagree with.
For example, if there were a water shortage in an area and the “community” is angry about it, instead of fixing the water shortage, Alinskyites might well sabotage more water sources to exacerbate the issue as a way of “turning up the heat”.
