Serious question, though: Does the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation even have the Pledge of Allegiance and/or Invocation during their annual legislative conferences?
I would pay actual money to see Kaepernick attend that, and then refuse to rise... or to agree to rise... Either way, it would be a hoot.
