They are cool little rifles. Usually cut down long rifles in 8X50r from WW1 and rechambered. Got a very good deal on this one. Bulgaria got a bunch of them from the nazis,who made ammo and chargers for them. (I like stuff from WW1 and WW2 along with Finnish Mosins)
That’s awesome and weird.
I have a 1942 Mosin made in Tula, but more arcanely, I inherited a few WW2 rifles from grandpa in law, who was into that.
All I remember is one is chambered in 7mm mauser and another might be Italian. They grace my wall and add a touch of elegance that I otherwise lack.
I’d like to shoot them someday but want to find rounds with less powder.
