So much of our federal government agencies and bureaucracy is unconstitutional. This is just one of many battles that must be fought. We need to focus on one unconstitutional agency to eliminate and get er done. And then do it again.

I agree that the existing legislation is unconstitutional. However, the Supreme Court, including “conservative” John Roberts, allowed it to stand. The stakes are high enough, in my opinion, to justify Revolution 2. This is so far beyond taxation without representation, it is incredible.
However, barring Revolution 2, with our current legislative makeup, I don’t think we are quite able to get a full repeal. And if that’s true, does it make more sense to wait to do anything until the midterms? Or do we accept a temporary compromise to get rid of tax dollars going to Planned Parenthood, and other monstrosities that can at least be eased?
Feels like as long as conservatives are sharing this land with liberals, we are constantly forced to hold our nose for some vote or another.
