Even if we crowdfund the hell out of it, it’s Congress that still has to pass the legislation to get it done. Land has to be purchased, right-of-ways dealt with, interstate compacts made, all that kind of stuff. In short, it’s not Trump not getting it done, it’s just that our cowards in Congress don’t have the guts to DO IT.
