For 30 years they have crippled these people into despair . They need self worth though hard work. Any on welfare should do community service after the age of 17, 8 am to 5 PM or no check. From this they will flee to real jobs and become tax paying Citizens!!. But right now we need 20,000 NATIONAL GUARD and homeland security to arrest and imprison all of these black gang terrorists, NOW!!
