She has far more influence on the Speaker than mere voters.

What needs to happen is that the Republicans in Congress need to understand that the people have spoken, and that we do NOT want someone like Paul, influenced by Janna, Ryan as the Speaker. This knowledge has been known for quite some time...and, yet, these bozos gave him the Speakership.
