“80,000 ballots with blanks for President “

Why is that soooooo freaking shocking that someone would decide not to vote for either Presidential candidate? I work in a office with 25 peeps and 3 of them never voted for either Trump or Clinton leaving it them blank and only voted for Ron Johnson.

Not shocking at all. The issue is that the counters should be watched so they don't fill in the blanks, LOL.

So, if their county elects to do a hand count and they look for intent, logically, their Presidential vote should go to Trump, since Ron is a Republican, no?

Actually, this could turn out alright. +400 votes from a township in Oneida County, so far, even before the recount.
