Stop with this garbage. Trump said nothing unforgivable about Ms Cruz. On the other hand a Cruz campaign spokeswoman said disgraceful things about Melania Cruz, that began the whole wife issue, in March 2016.
Ms Cruz has said and published things that no conservative should be on board with. Her & his long time associations with Goldman Sachs & the lies, mischaracterizations & omissions in Cruz’s campaigns should give any objective person pause. For Trump to say that “wives should be off limits remember there are things I could say”, or words to that effect, was a restrained and factual statement referring to the Goldman Sachs connection.
Since Ms Cruz repeatedly said “they” were running her past position statements and employment record are relevant.
I understand elections can be quite heated. There were never any mischaracterizations about her work as a finance executive. But there were the typical political conspiracy hits about her. Trump has the same kind of connections and more so, buts that’s ok. I am just tired of the nonsense instead of pulling together and moving forward.
