I know - but those creepy ‘orgy island’ crowd gets around...
I’ve been keeping up with this. TV News (Fox) today said he was a Republican against Trump. There was no gun.
other points...
> Trump did tell security to take someone out a few minutes earlier. Don’t know if it was this guy or not.
> He had a “Republicans against Trump” sign, apparently in his back pocket or down the back of his pants. When he reached behind his back to pull it out, someone yelled gun. There was no gun found.
> He was tackled by people in the crowd and then taken by security, to a bathroom to be held and supposedly questioned. Why a bathroom? I don’t know. Safe place I guess.. This was after Trump was rushed offstage.
> Secret Service did exactly what they are there to do, protect the candidate. Ask questions later. They did it and quickly. Good for them.
> Disruptor was released later, he committed no crime. just reached behind his back, which was mistaken for pulling a gun. Pulling out or showing an anti Trump sign is not a criminal offense. No reason to take him to jail.
> He also made no attempt to rush the stage that I know of, and made no threatening moves or verbal threats. There was no assassination attempt or threat.
My opinion, if Trump had known what the situation was, that it was just a guy trying to show a republicans against Trump sign, my take on it is he might have been able to make a great impression by getting him to promise not to cause any more trouble, stay and listen, hand him a Trump sign and tell him if he (Trump) could change his mind, he wanted to see him holding up the Trump sign before the night was over.
As it was, I don’t think he knew any details until after the rally. I haven’t seen the second video, I’ll take a look for it after posting, the other guy is not the important point right now. The person who was at the center of this story is.
