Look, IF and it's now a GIGANTIC "if", team Hillary can manage to get enough voter fraud done, which they can NOT do (more on this later ), they will do it to WIN/steal the election and NEVER to effect a tie.
In a tie situation, yes, Congress breaks the tie and that does NOT mean picking someone else. Forget Pence; why not Ryan; if you want to write some some alternative FICTION story? Or Rubio or jebbie, or hell...even Biden? This whole thing makes about as much sense, some idiot pundit's wetdream.
And given the choice, the Dems in the House would rather NOT have Hillary...all things considered.
Since the breakup of ACORN and their changing of names, etc., this group has more or less exploded and become pretty impotent. Bertha Lewis, who headed the whole mess, is now in charge of THE WORKERS AND FAMILIES' PARTY, which is more or less only in N.Y. state and has less clout than the BLM!
Oh sure....the Dem's DEAD VOTE will still be out in large amounts, so will the peons who will vote at least twice and most times far more than that. OTOH...many more of these little nothings but cannon fodder are being caught now. And people ARE seeing their votes changed, by machines and demanding to have their REAL votes counted!
