NO, I highly doubt she can recover.
Even if she wins by vote fraud she still will not recover. Her heart is so hardened, I no longer believe God is even trying to reach her.
I know He wants that none should perish, but Hillary mocks our laws, mocks we the people and thinks of no one but herself, well, maybe a few others - all that equals she mocks God.
