What concerns me about the poll is weighting more for probability of voting. This is by the voter on phone — I imagine most would say “Oh, Yes for sure I’ll positively vote” and then who knows if they show up.
Usually pollsters will ask if the voted in the last election, which ups the odds that they will vote in the next one.
