If Trump is NOT the winner in November Gun Control is going to be clamped down on the country by EOs and feds everywhere.
It will stand up in Court after November if Trump does not become President. The USSC will quickly become 6-3 Communist and the lower courts already have a whole string of cases waiting to go to the SC that will negate most of the Bill of Rights.
That will happen. Make the Watch list be the determinant for gun purchase or possession and watch it grow exponentially to cover Christians and known Conservatives and hunters and other dangerous groups.
I appreciate the sentiment, but I think it plays right into the hands of liberal gun grabbers to tacitly admit that somehow the AR-15 is deserving of special restrictions due to some supposed inherent extra special characteristics. The AR-15 is a tool just like any other firearm; the issue isn’t the gun.

Thoughts:
1) Creating this list will just make the black market for weapons larger and stronger and more likely to involve Mexican Cartels. I suspect even legal gun owners will be tempted to file off serial numbers and sell black market as prices rise.
2) If McConnell has a brain, questionable I know, being put on the no-buy list should suspend all constitutional rights and have other provisions:
- Loss of voting privilege.
- Loss of all social services and benefits including Obamacare.
- Any non-citizens being put on this list should be immediately deported to their country of origin.
- Must listen to Hillary campaign speeches on endless loop.
No need to send him there, just fly him out to Chicago...unarmed.
As a matter of fact, I believe that is a great idea - every gun grabbing pos should stand by their word and hang out in Chicago unarmed, and without their ever present bodyguards.
