She implies she read Hillary's book all the way through but doesn't actually say she did. Would she have been the first human being to accomplish that feat?

The digital manipulation of the vote count is much, much more sophisticated than it was in 2000. Old fashioned vote rigging and illegal voting is much, much more organized than it was in 2000 and has the active backing of the DoJ.
