That is how Ted and the GOPe work. However the delegates are required to vote for the winner on the first ballot.

I guess Rush was gloating about Cruz “stealing” these delegates on his radio show. He said the primary isn’t over - and won’t endorse anyone. What a crock! He has all but endorsed Cruz all along. By the way - I detest Cruz more and more every day.

You all sound like conspiracy idiots. This is the way the game has always been played. Trump chose to play only half the game and won anyway. Teds organization is doing its job. Trump does not have much of an organization, and does not appear to need one.
The first time Reagan ran he played trumps game and lost. If trump lost it would not have been dirty tricks, it would be because he failed at establishing an organization. But he pulled it off. So why are you still whining about Cruzs organization. It's not only fair, it's the other half of the game. The question is if trump can pull it off in the general without a strong organization. Since his opponent in Hillary, I think he can. If the democraps had a decent candidate, we would be screwed.

Looks like Cruz is making certain his people vote for Trump. Maybe it’s his way of trying to unify the party. ;-)

However the delegates are required to vote for the winner on the first ballot.

It is my understanding via rumor mills that Cruz hopes to stack the Rules Committee, and insert a Conscience Clause to allow the bound delegates to not vote for the Presumptive Nominee with 1237 votes if it violates their conscience.

If that happens, I hope the Trump voters, aka, The Majority of Voters chase the Cruznadian back to Canada.
