I believe the indictment will come after she wins the nod, leading to Biden or The Moose as the nominee.
There will be no indictment unless the powers that be determine that she can’t beat Trump.

The lower her polling the greater her chance of indictment.
Not sure about this, but someone told me they can’t indict her once she is the nominee. She’s trying to get it sewn up so she can’t be indicted if this is true.
