You miss the point. There is nothing illegal about a man using a woman’s locker room, even if children are present according to these liberal laws. There is no such legal designation as “transgendered”. It is a chosen description.
Another problem that I see is a clear violation of a private business’s rights as the property owner to decide how their property is to be used and by whom.
Chip, chip, chip is the sound of the left working to take away our rights. Pretty soon, you will be required as a home owner to allow any perv into your home so they can use your bathrooms and do whatever in it, leaving you to clean up the mess.
Without regard to a transgendered designation, as long as a person is not in a restroom committing some sort of a crime, I don’t see a problem with it.
If a man is in the men’s room purposely exposing himself purposely to others, he’s committing a crime.
If a woman is in the ladies room purposely exposing herself to others, that’s a crime.
People seem to be overreacting to this IMO.
