I suppose one could do so if they were stationed in Mumbai as a military advisor / liason... but I am not in a foreign country and I am too old to be in the military any longer...

but what that has to do with me voting in another country...I have no idea.

It's called an absentee ballot. Well-known and commonplace. Tied to some locality within the US.

Now, voting for president from San Juan is a different kettle of fish.

If you are a natural born Puerto Rican, you can run for President, but you can't vote for yourself unless you first move to the mainland! LOL!

So you are for a Canadian running for president but against someone posting from India? And yes I know, your earlier position on birthright citizenship is completely at odds with your current one.
