Many pray down every day and understand that abortion is murder, and that if a woman breaks the law, she would be liable for breaking that law just like any other law on the books. The point of penalties should be on a case by case basis, but it's completely retarded to hold to a position that says women are retarded and can't be held liable for their actions.
