Doesn’t really matter so much, because once Cruz has served his usefulness go the party elites and stops Trump from 1237, they will bring in an outside candidate like Paul Ryan and say it’s for the good of the party, and he can win against Hillary. They will say the voters are too divided between Trump and Cruz, and need a neutral candidate to rally around...and that will be the end of the GOP...

Don’t presume Cruz is as dense as Trump cuz he ain’t.
When Ted is through using the GOP-e to beat Trump he is going to purge it of RINOs and then put real constitutional conservatives like himself in charge.
Believing the hate and lies Duh Donald spews at Cruz dumbs people down so much it can’t help but make them blind to the pure political genius of the junior senator from Texas.
Wisconsin set it all in motion.

Nope, the GOPe is pulling for Cruz and then praying like hell Clinton can take him out, then Ryan can be the great establishment savior in 2020.

With Trump and Cruz controlling over 80% of the delegates, how far do you suppose an "establishment" candidate can go?

Stop and think about it...

I think you are on to something, but will voters figure it out?
