A nomination is not won until you gain the support of 1,237 delegates, therefore, it is not stolen if Trump fails to do so. (Why does Trump think he should get to play by different rules?) I guess he shouldn’t be alienating everyone outside of his following with his scorched earth campaign. I wonder is Trump totally ignorant, completely lacking in self control, or is he trying to throw the general to Hillary with his divisiveness?
I can guarantee you that if Cruz some how some way manages to pull this stunt off, that 30% of Republicans will stay home on election day (including me) and will hand Hillary the nomination in a landslide.
If someone is going to run as an outsider on a platform of contempt for the party’s “establishment,” which grows to include everyone who isn’t on board with his campaign, then someone should not be surprised when everyone he alienated fails to take his side.
Trump gambled on a first ballot victory. He should not be surprised when he doesn’t win if he doesn’t get to 1237 before Cleveland.
Cruz bots are delusional.
Why do you think delegate manipulation rather than voters should be ones deciding the nominee?
Disenfranchising the voters guarantees a loss in the general.
