I don’t know, folks; but Trump seems to quite regularly flip his positions on so many issues, that I have no idea just what his fundamental beliefs are, as they seem to be always “evolving.” In that sense, he is a typical politician, and not an outsider.

I like, though, that he has so thoroughly pissed off the GOPe, and may even be the catalyst to collapse them.

However, Trump or Cruz, I will vote for whichever of them is the nominee. Neither is electable, but neither is anyone the reprehensible GOPe will thrust upon us.

I’m afraid we are headed into some dark times. I am not at all sanguine that this is going to end well.

Trump has one fundamental belief and concern and that is himself and the Trump brand. There are no principles or core to Trump that is identifiable, only how what he says benefits him at that moment in time. So you will never know his fundamental beliefs because, by and large, there are none other than self promotion.
