This will be hard for many Trump supporters to accept about polls, but pollsters actually try to get the polls right, as that is there job. Polling is not cheap, and candidates and organizations pay big for correct polling.

While it is easy to disregard polls we don’t like, and polls often don’t catch late breaking movement, and always seem to underestimate the Christian conservative candidate, RCP averages are usually pretty accurate.

LOL! How naive and quaint!

Um, have you ever heard of push polls?

Some polls aren't examples of "pollsters trying to get the polls right"; quite the opposite: they are instead an attempt to manipulate public opinion, rather than measuring it.

For instance, the recent Marquette poll, which had a very small sample size, and a correspondingly huge margin of error (MOE), had Cruz up by 10 points over Trump. Unfortunately, with a 5.8% margin of error, such a lead is meaningless.

Contrast that poll with the Optimus poll, which had over 6000 respondents, and a tiny 1.14% margin of error, which has Donald Trump leading Cruz 29% to 25%, which is well outside the poll's margin of error.

And yet, all we hear the Mass Media doing 24/7/365 is parroting the mathematically unsound Marquette poll. You know, the one wherein Ted Cruz isn't even leading outside the margin of error.

At the same time, of course, they act as if this Optimus poll doesn't even exist, even though it is much more accurate, and consequently has Donald Trump leading outside the margin of error.

It's almost as if these Media outlets have an agenda to push, and as a result they are much more focused on manipulating public opinion than reporting on it.

Indeed, they appear to be transparently slanting their reporting in order to serve their propaganda needs.

Like I said, "boob bait for bubbas".

I think I'll wait and see the results of the Wisconsin poll which is being conducted on Tuesday. That's the one that will matter most to Ted Cruz. Donald Trump, not so much...
