While an indictment *might* halt her campaign for the presidency...it is highly unlikely all the dust would settle by mid-January 2017 for 0bama to save her.
Hillary would very likely still be in the thick of hearings / trials / testimony at that time, as a guess. I am taking the silence by the FBI as good news for us.

Every one is saying that if the nomination is stolen from Trump there will be riots and if he gets it there will be riots. I think the same thing could happen if she is indited.

I used to think that but I think the FBI is going to recommend her for charges of treason. If that is the case then the Obamanation of Desolation administration may not have much choice. Not even Obama wants to pardon someone of treason

Why treason?

All the FBI has to so is draw a line between confidential/Secret/Top Secret material on her server and the solicitation of funds to the Clinton Foundation and show the she knowingly and willfully used that information for personal gain. If they can show she sold State secrets for personal gain then she acted in a treasonous manner.
