Whoever wins the most delegates is said to have won the State.
That is the reality of the situation, no matter how much you want to deny it.
AND YOU JUST DONT PAY ATTENTION.
Several folks won delegates. No one person wins a state unless it is a winner take all like Florida.
you just cannot seem to get it through your thick head that getting some of the delegates, or even more than others, means a state win.
