I would have bet the farm I never would've said this a few months ago but I have more respect for Huckabee and Santorum than I do for Cruz.

But I still don't want any of them near the White House.

The Party opted away from the more conservative choices in 2008 and 2012 in order to nominate more (ahem) moderate choices in John McCain and Mitt Romney so that they could be elected. So, how did that work out for us?

Well, we’ve learned our lesson and won’t do that again.

Cruz get a show on FOX and be a quick exit in the 2024 primaries as Trump is leaving office.

Should Trump pull off big wins on super Tuesday Cruz will still have a numerical chance but the states that are coming up to vote do not bode well for him. NY NJ PA among others.

Huckabee/Santorum won all the states Cruz and then saw their presidential bids go up in smoke.

The GOP isn’t particularly hospitable to holy roller candidates.

If Trump is blocked, I predict a Romney/Cruz ticket in November, with the same results as Romney/Ryan.
