wow. if kasich can’t beat trump in his own state, where he has been an undisputed success as governor, and has been elected twice, then this thing really is over.
I am a lifelong Buckeye and I dispute that Kasich is a successful governor.
He expanded Medicaid (an ObamaCare feature when he campaigned against ObamaCare) against the will of his Republican legislature.
That is an unforgivable failure.
That was my impression too. If Kasich cannot beat Trump something really wrong with Kasich. Perhaps it is the Michigan Trump win affecting the Ohio voters. I suspect that has a lot to do with it. There are a lot of auto workers in Ohio getting killed by the loss of factories going abroad who are voting Trump.
With this Trump 24/7 coverage this weekend where Trump is standing up to the job killers and with Cruz/Rubio/Kasich siding against Trump the scales could very well trip for Trump in Ohio. It just has not registered in the polls yet.
We won’t know till Tuesday.
Go Kasich. You deserve to win Ohio. You’ve done a lot for the state. I hope they don’t throw you over for that Clown Trump.
Don’t you think Kasich is like Hillary in that he’s unable to motivate voters to go to the polls? Would you make the trip for Kasich, especially when he’s not really running-running for President?
