I found this story about the protesters; it’s from a leftist point of view, but even it mentions the lady that got shoved was part of the protesters...

Black Lives Matter Protesters Violently Thrown Out Of Trump Rally in New Orleans The Black thugs were "violently" treated! What a crock! It was the Black goons who were shoving the peaceful citizens at the rally. The Thugs invaded the rally at a dozen locations inside the hangar.
There were small children among the Trump supporters, and the Soros funded Criminals pushed and stomped on them.
And the media spins it that the "protesters" were "violently thrown out"?!
