And his only other private work was as the head of an appellate practice group at a very large firm for five years. His public service has been either non-legal or focused on appeals. So I have to raise an eyebrow at bit at his threat to personally take Trump’s deposition. I mean how ma many nuts and bolts street level lawsuits has he personally handled? How many depositions has he taken?
