I see no case that can be made against it and think this is Trump’s way of orchestrating a rabbit trail chase. The poll #’s are tight between he and Cruz in SC and this is one of his stunts that he tried before and didn’t get any traction - so he’s reaching into his kitchen sink again for things to throw at Cruz, IMO.

Are you familiar with the case this attorney makes? Again, I don't know the merits, and I
do know the political fireworks that would ensue. But strictly on the interpretation as the
Founders intended, do you find any plausibility here?
