The bolded quote you posted is from Paul Lindsay, a representative for Right to Rise. "Right to Rise is *not* a Cruz PAC. It's a "Jeb!" PAC.

Right to Rise is BUSH’S PAC; they’re the ones from NH, not Cruz’s.
