Won’t matter, at least not this time...we need someone that will GET THINGS DONE, even if it gets a bit ugly at times.

I don’t think a sufficient majority of GOP primary voters are looking for ‘the perfect conservative’ nominee. So, I doubt it.

No because Cruz is a fake conservative. He's for H1b visas, waffles on amnesty but mostly wants legalization not citizenship, and co-authored this disgusting piece in the WSJ advocating expanded power for Obama in TPA.

Ted Cruz joins the establishment

Read that then tell me how conservative Cruz is.

Cruz has no executive experience and no record of acomplishments. Being conservative is not enough. Every other person sitting on a public bus is a conservative but that doesn’t mean they should be president.

Cruz can’t even tell the truth about whether or not he supported Roberts, even though before he even got to the senate, Cruz was extolling how Roberts was one of the “best ever” litigators, a true conservative “like the President who nominated him.” Cruz sent emails to his own staff praising him and telling them to “keep an eye on Roberts,” and even went as far as to write a fawning, worshipping op-ed in National Review in order to push Roberts. But Cruz says, “I did not nominate him. I would not have nominated him.”

How can you be a conservative when you’re a liar?

Let’s face it, at this point, Cruz has no principles, conservative or otherwise.

Ya just gotta love them thar “conservative principles”.

I still remember how the “conservatively principled” GOP-led Congress stood up to Obama and stopped his agenda by passing a budget that eviscerated his illegal immigration policies, eliminated the energy-destroying EPA, eliminated the Marxist propaganda Education Department, eliminated the job-destroying Labor Department, eliminated the racist Civil Rights Commission, defunded the FCC until they give back control of the Internet to private industry, defunded Obamacare, defunded enforcement of 99% of Obama’s regulations and Executive Orders.

Given all of these accomplishments by the “conservatively principled” opposition party, it’s no wonder that the only thing the GOP rank-and-file care about is getting some more of them elected.

BTW, it’s totally heartwarming how the uber-”progressive” New Yorker magazine is so concerned about “conservative principles” and who supposedly has them and who supposedly doesn’t. I’ve never seen the New Yorker this concerned about “conservative principles” before. Ever.

In a sane world, of course. In today’s world, who knows.

Cruz has already defeated Trump on conservative principals. The problem is Trump has defeated Cruz on emotions. In this election so far emotions have trumped conservatism.

Trump is going to win on the one topic most important to the voters:

THE ECONOMY

We’ve been sold out for the last 30 years by politicians who claim to be “conservatives”. Every time Ted lies about something, we are reminded that he is indeed a politician, first and foremost.

Freshmen Senators with huge power ambitions, messiah complexes, questionable citizenship, and absolutely no executive experience have ruined this nation.

We won’t repeat the mistake. Even if Trump only accomplishes the wall and changes our trade deficit with China, he will have been a much better gamble than Cruz.

Trumpbots have no conservative principles.

Trump’s last debate antics prove that he is not really buying the ‘unbeatable’ Trump Promotion bullshite. Confidence does not generate irrational bad behavior.

Cruz is toast!

Cruz will not ‘win over’ any more ‘conservatives’ than the 20% he’s got now.

Where is going to get more ‘conservatives’ to beat TRUMP?

From.. Rubio? (he doesn’t have any)

From.. Yes? (see above)

From.. Katich? (see above)

From.. Carson? ( what 5%?)
