Well if that is to be, so be it. If not Cruz, then I can support most any of the others, but never DT.

Democrats, who feel a growing unease about the Democratic contest, are ecstatic that Republicans might nominate Cruz or Trump, both of whom are viewed by Democrats -- correctly, in my view -- as unelectable. Most Republican leaders and many of the largest Republican donors feel exactly the same way, and fear great peril if the GOP nominates Trump or Cruz....

So I guess the inability to win over your own party makes you the most electable candidate now?

Trump will still win in 3 way race. Cruz narrowly winning Iowa was bad for the field.

I really don’t know how the Democrats can think of Donald Trump as un-electable. We are told over and over again that Donald is really a liberal Democrat, so he would be running only slightly toward the center on the Democrat side. Should do quite well, even if Republicans stay home again.

Donald Trump is doing everything the Republican “big tent” folks said they wanted to do! He has “grown in office” even before taking it!

Trump is an unhinged lunatic. A spoiled petulant child and every FReeper needs to take a hard look at him. If he was carrying on like that in my home, I would kick him out.

LOL!

Yeah right! Wishful thinking from the Establishment Media.

Yeah people want open borders, massive spending, big government, rigged trade deals that’s engineered to destroy the U.S. and Amnesty.

They Establishment just does not realize how disliked they are outside the beltway.

No kidding.
And no problem.
Because their line is “(he, fill in the blank) isn’t a serious candidate”.

Boy, well that should win it for the establishment. In other words, they are totally appauled with the very idea tbat an anti-establishment candidate may seriously win the nomination, this is so serious that an anti-establishment candidate might have a serious run to victory that the serious message that will win the Republican base to support a Lindsey Grahamaphone of the GOPe message is “hey! (xyz), he’s not a serious candidate”...

Like how Bush the bish says everytime someone asks him more than one question, “hey, (xyz), he is not a serious candidate.”

Boy, that is a serious thing to say. Seriously. I am seriously scared now. With serious questions like this, that the serious danger to the Order is under seriuus threat by the dangerous but unserious candidate is making me seriously think that someone is seriously on a seriously slow boat to China.

I sort of see it this way. Jeb Bush isn’t an action figure any adventurist bog would want for Christmas. Seriously.

Thank heaven that real human beings like Bush, Rubio and Kasich have egos.

If they were robots then they could be reprogrammed by the elites to do their bidding.

Instead they will all continue to eat at each other and give Trump or Cruz a chance to take it all.

If neither Trump or Cruz are there... I will not vote.

There is NO WAY I will ever vote for Jeb, Rubio or Kasich.

They have the money, but they keep forgetting about the voters...

All the money in the world can’t buy a vote if the voter can’t stand you.

Far as anyone needs to read with this piece of tripe.

It's good to have a year when the GOP establishment has to worry about too many of their candidates splitting the vote rather than our side having that problem letting Bush, McCain or Romney waltz in. Now can you imagine either Bush or Rubio stepping aside for the "good of the party" and letting the other win? Nope, they are both in until out of money and completely beaten. (I exclude Kasich because I think his second place in NH came from essentially living there for months which he won't repeat I future primaries. He'll be gone soon.)

Odd that I never hear about the Democrat establishment worrying that their choices are an old communist and an old criminal, shrill, rape enabling communist.

Yep. Trumpettes have done a great job poisoning the race and ensuring a good conservative will likely not be on the ballot.
