He's pretty much saying Iowans are much smarter than to believe something like that. Trump has consistently said how smart the american people are at rally after rally over and over. Don't get it twisted!

First that,,,,,,,,then stumbles a tad and realized what a jerk he made of himself and added the other bit.

This was just one more instance where he ridiculed people and this one was BEN CARSON.....the good one.
