Since you are affiliated, even if a bit indirect, donât you think for transparency that you should be disclosing that?! It sure explains your Cruz fanaticism on FR and I have to say this is the FIRST TIME I have seen you mention this bit of critical information. Your tag line or every comment should come with (1) that critical disclosure and (2) whether what you are writing is or is not endorsed or approved by the campaign. Anything less is deceptive and likely violates the letter or spirit of FEC and FTC guidelines.
This should also apply to anyone else affiliated with campaigns. Be honest and disclose that affiliation and whether your comments are or are not endorsed or approved by the campaigns.

And I am not a lawyer, but I suspect despite your failure to disclose, if FR knows, which they obviously do now, puts Jim Robinson and FR at risk of entanglement with FEC and FTC. Anyone affiliated in any way with a candidate, campaign, party, or PAC, etc., really should disclose that!
And if you say no, despite the risk and dishonesty of not disclosing, think about the criticism of Obama in 2008 especially wherein people were paid to troll the internet, yet didn't share that. Just because they did it, does that make it right to do so? What credibility do you or any of us have if we say one set of rules apply to them but not to us?

Is this your disclosure of Trump affiliation, or have you made that elsewhere on another thread?
