Yes, that 25 thousand really rocked McAuliffe to victory! Meanwhile, Ken Cuccinelli is apparently supporting Virginia’s efforts to disenfranchise independent voters by pushing that BS loyalty oath— which they, of course, cannot actually force the voters to abide by.

This article is dated 2009. Cuccinelli was defeated for governor in 2013.

But yes, I knew about it. Anyone who contributed to the filthy toad who squats in my governor’s mansion will never get my support, and that includes Trump.
Can you show us the ‘conversion’? I would definitely support Trump over Hillary, but Trump has never been a part of the Liberty Movement. Until I see that he understands the constitutional limits of gov’t, & intends to enforce them, I’ll stick with Cruz.

Yep, I remember that, and it’s true. Trump has given a lot more money to Rat candidates over the years than Republicans. He’s a Democrat at heart, despite his recent “conversion.”
Trump has said a number of times that he have Dems money. He’s also gave money to Repubs. Trump has come to see how the establishment is selling out America.
A little history from that race. McAuliffe ran, but got beaten in the primary by state Senator Creigh Deeds, from Bath County. Deeds went on to lose to Robert McDonnell.
So, this money was most likely long gone by the time McAuliffe ran against Ken Cuccinelli.
I don’t think Trump ever really “converted.” It seems ridiculous to me that the same people who ridiculed Romneys assertion that he changed his opinion on abortion now take at face value Trumps assertion that he did the same. Except in Trumps case it is not just his opinions on abortion but really every opinion he once had.
