Is that why Ted Cruz is running neck and neck with Hilary Clinton in head to head matchup in the latest polls from NBC and Fox, even as your Fuehrer, Donald Trump is getting clobbered by Hilary Clinton by a massive 10% in the NBC and 11% in the Fox News poll? You want a weak candidate, you don't need to look beyond Donald Trump. He does worse against Hilarity Clinton than any of the other leading GOP candidates, including even Jeb Bush and Chris Christie.

I’m not calling Cruz a weak candidate; I’m calling him a weak man. I don’t care how strong a candidate someone might be, America is in desperate need of a *strong* man, a wartime leader. Cruz is my solid second choice, though.

The demonrats have been selecting the Stupid Party candidate since GHWB, and doing it through exactly that mechanism. They focus first on the best candidate, and try to create a perception that he is “unelectable” for as many of their cliche reasons as they can. After that one goes down, they turn to the second-best candidate, and so on, until the Stupid Party is left with a loser like Dole or Romney.
The country has a chance to break out of the chains forged by the corrupt, and to do it without bloodshed. Absent strong proof that Trump is yanking us along, we *have* to take this chance.
