Cruz has suggested that the issue was put to bed once and for all by a Harvard Law Review article published 12 days before he launched his campaign. In the article, two former top Justice Department lawyers, Paul Clement and Neal Katyal, wrote “there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a ‘natural born Citizen’ within the meaning of the Constitution.”

Of course he did. It’s in his best interest to ignore the law and the meaning of natural born citizen.

And anyone who says that a citizen from birth and a natural born citizen are the same thing really shouldn’t be running on being a constitutional scholar. More likely, a lawyer looking for loopholes.

Oh,two lawyer's say he is an NBC, problem solved. Geeze.

The more I hear about this guy from his supporters, the more obvious it becomes that he is not ready for prime time.
