Heh. It’s that sticky problem of “possession” that isn’t going to go or end well, for the state or the Citizens.

Didn’t a New England state try that a year ago, and everyone just ignored it? Or am I thinking of the multi-cap mags?

I think NY or CN (maybe both) required registration, but few actually did it.

I think it was New York for semi-auto registration, and Connecticut for high-capacity mags.

Non-compliance was massive.
