He has used the same strategy on every other issue, why would he change tactics now?
You think this is all some brilliant plan for him to get elected ? I see him winging it a lot IMO. I’m for Cruz BTW, but Ted has never been able to get his numbers up & I’m afraid he might not be able to catch on with the public. And there’s no way in hell I’m voting for Jeb , or the rest of them.
