I have read several of his books over the years and actually found them enjoyable and wise.

For all his over the top gaudiness, he a real common sense, go-getter kind of guy.

BTW, he's not a drinker or a partier. He's a hard working family man.

People I know in New York (mostly staid Park Ave types) think the Trump name is synonymous with tackiness. But most folks like him in spite of that.
