If the Supreme Court's unconstitutional imposition of "gay" "marriage" on the entire country is a violation of the 10th Amendment - and it certainly is - then how could Congress' unconstitutional imposition of a marijuana ban on the entire country be anything but a violation of the 10th Amendment?
