The Congressional Black Caucus is part of an already corrupt US Congress....1/3 of black congressmen were named in ethics probes. the House Ethics Committee had 5 CBC'ers out of 6 members under investigation. In 2009, every single member of Congress under investigation was from the CBC.

These parasitic tax-subsidized "separatist caucuses" on the Hill are nothing more than Ponzis---sucking up tax dollars and extorting other entities.....then funneling the money to enrich themselves.

The CBC uses the Clinton Foundation MO---taking tens of millions from major corporations for one purpose then funneling the rest into parties and fake "non-profits."

Mail fraud could be an issue---soliciting money by mail for one purpose then using it for another purpose is considered mail fraud.
