...”I have no intention to reciprocating. I like Rand Paul. He’s a friend of mine. He’s been a fantastic voice for liberty. And I’ve been pleased to stand with him and fight side by side many, many times, and I expect to continue fighting side by side with Paul for a long time.”
Abiding by Reagan Rule #1, good job Mr. Cruz.
And growing in stature all the time! He’s going to let Sen. Paul make himself look puny and pusillanimous. Way to go, Sen. Cruz!
This must be Paul’s style of warfare. Recall a few years ago, when Rand Paul kept bothering Chris Christie about having a get together, knowing Christies didn’t want to be bothered with either Rand or his nutty father. Yet the invitations continued for months. Paul may be a great eye doctor, but as a communicator, he is silly and wasteful at times.
Way over the top, especially considering he was called a Canadian.
Shows right there that Cruz is in fact a Libertarian (States are “laboratories of democracy”).
Didnt take long for the pressure cooker of a presidential campaign to reveal that.
Some people still wont want to believe it.
Well the rut has to start sometime. Let the head butting commence. :-)
Rand Paul has totally trashed Reagan’s Eleventh Commandment (”Thou shalt not speak ill of thy fellow Republican”).
He is a loose cannon careening about the deck of a storm-tossed ship.
Just like Ronald Reagan would have handled it, Ted Cruz laughed it off.
