They should just pass a tax on the procedure, Dems did it for tobacco, so why not for this?

Why not do something like mandate a $500 per abortion tax, and at the same time, create a price ceiling, saying no one can charge more than $250 for an abortion?
The net result is that every abortion would be done at a $250 loss. Planned Parenthood et al would stop doing abortions in that state immediately.
