I did not hear her speech, so can’t speak to it personally. Although York is not the most conservative journalist, I have always thought he was pretty fair.
Did anyone here watch or at least hear Palin’s speech yesterday and, if so, how was it?

Yeah, I watched it. I’m a big Palin fan, but I haven’t been encouraged by her turn to the lower and lower brow over the past six years.
I think York’s story is fair.

Palin almost saved McCain’s ass in 2008
whoever your favorite candidate may be, Palin’s appeal to lots of voters should not be dismissed out of hand
