What does Ron Paul think Jesus meant for his disciples to DO with those swords, crack walnuts?

Actually, the swords were part of a fulfillment of prophecy, that was their purpose.

The sword in this scripture is not literal, but symbolic. Just who do you think the Lord is that He needs mere men to take up swords to physically defend Him?
